Every school has a duty to include the teaching of AI literacy on its curriculum. If you are an educator who feels they ought to be doing this or has been asked to teach the subject but don’t know where to begin, then this blog post is just for you.

The micro:bit Foundation has produced a simple, 30 minute, self-study course for educators and the best part is they are giving it away for free to those working in school education.

Let's talk about ... AI literacy

COURSE OVERVIEW

The course explores some foundational concepts and vocabulary around Artificial Intelligence (AI). It aims to help you become an informed, curious, and critical user of AI β€” one who understands how AI systems work, questions the outputs, uses it responsibility, and can identify its social and ethical impacts β€” and help your learners to do the same.
